(He only accept if you have done Ezra mission before)

Dungeon Token	30	Dungeons!

Ezra sends you to Cain

We need to talk with him about "Fallen" City

(He only accept if you have done Cain mission before)

Cain sends you to Tower of Challenge for Time Guardian Doll

(You can find Tower of Challenge in Bosses / Raids!)

Now when we have Time Guardian Doll go back to Cain!

Take my key and now you can ENTER Fallen City and find Krylov there!
